PA State Rep. Curt Sonney
This is state Rep. Curt Sonney’s fifth term in office, having first been elected to serve the residents of the 4th Legislative District in 2004. The 4th District consists of the City of Corry; the townships of Amity, Concord, Greene, Greenfield, Harborcreek, Leboeuf, North East, Union, Venango, and Wayne; and the boroughs of Elgin, Mill Village, North East, Union City, Wattsburg and Wesleyville.
For the 2013-14 legislative session, Sonney has been appointed to serve on the following House committees: Appropriations, Insurance, Liquor Control, and Professional Licensure. He is also a member of the Third-Class City Confederation, as well as the following caucuses: Animal Protection, Cancer, Career and Technical Education, Core Communities, Firefighters and Emergency Medical Services, House/Senate Early Childhood Education, Hunger, Life Science, Lupus, Masonic, Motorsports, Pro-Life and Property Tax and Second Amendment.
