Downtown YMCA
The Downtown Y is offering FREE Classes and Memberships to Veterans in Erie County.
The classes being offered are Water Fitness, Yoga, and Tai Chi – all are a form of moving meditation combined with low impact exercise. Learn to use your breath and body movement to gain strength, flexibility and balance. Gain control of your breathing as to better control anxiety and stress.
Water Fitness is held at the Downtown Y on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
Tai Chi is held at the Downtown Y on Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Yoga is held at the BLOOM Collaborative on Thursday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
FREE Monthly Memberships are available. Please stop at The Front Desk to sign up.
