Give Kids a Smile Day

For the 11th year, Fortis Institute's Erie Dental Hygiene Clinic will offer free dental services to Erie-area children from low-income households through the American Dental Association's Give Kids a Smile Day. The event will take place on February 11th from 9:00am to 4:00pm. 

Free screenings, cleaning, sealants and radiographs will be available to children under 18. Approximately 3 dentists, 5 hygienists, dental hygiene students, assistants and volunteers will be participating. Coloring and facepainting will be available to entertain kids as they wait

Brews, Board Games, and Banter

Team RWB will be at the Erie Brewing Company (6008 Knowledge Pkwy, Erie, PA) on June 14, 2018, starting at 7 pm. Come out, have some fun, meet new people, and try some tasty, locally brewed beverages! Weather permitting, they will be out on the patio where their dogs can join in the fun. You do not have to be a member to come.

Welcome Home Veterans Appreciation Event at the Zoo

The annual Welcome Home Veterans Appreciation Event at the Erie Zoo is coming up on Friday, July 13 from 6pm-9pm. All Veterans and their families are invited. Tickets become available starting Monday, June 11.  Tickets are FREE but limited so act fast (tickets are limited to four per Veteran). Call for or pickup tickets at the Transition & Care Management Office (814) 860-2567 at the Erie VAMC on the 1st Floor; Voluntary Service Office (814) 860-2453 at the Erie VAMC on the 2nd Floor; and Vet Center (814) 453-7955 at 240 W 11th St, Erie, PA.
