2017 Free Veterans Flu Clinics

The Erie VA Medical Center and VA Community Clinics will be hosting flu clinics to provide free flu shots to Veterans. Veterans must be eligible for VA health care to receive free flu shots.

Weekday Walk-in Clinics will start Monday, September 18th for Veterans eligible for VA healthcare from Monday to Friday at the Erie VAMC from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and at the VA CBOCs on the hour from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Saturday Flu Clinics
Car-side services will be available during Saturday Flu Clinics for Veterans with limited mobility.

Saturday, September 9th from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, Erie VAMC (135 E 38th Street, Erie, PA) and Meadville VA CBOC (16954 Conneaut Lake Road, Meadville, PA) will be hosting their Saturday Flu Clinics.

Saturday, September 16th from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, Ashtabula VA CBOC (2044 Lambros Lane, Ashtabula, OH), Venango VA CBOC (464 Allegheny Boulevard, Franklin, PA), Warren VA CBOC (3 Farm Colony Drive, Warren, PA), and Bradford VFW (94 Barbour Street, Bradford, PA) will be hosting their Saturday Flu Clinics.

Brews, Board Games, and Banter

Team RWB will be at the Erie Brewing Company (6008 Knowledge Pkwy, Erie, PA) on June 14, 2018, starting at 7 pm. Come out, have some fun, meet new people, and try some tasty, locally brewed beverages! Weather permitting, they will be out on the patio where their dogs can join in the fun. You do not have to be a member to come.

Welcome Home Veterans Appreciation Event at the Zoo

The annual Welcome Home Veterans Appreciation Event at the Erie Zoo is coming up on Friday, July 13 from 6pm-9pm. All Veterans and their families are invited. Tickets become available starting Monday, June 11.  Tickets are FREE but limited so act fast (tickets are limited to four per Veteran). Call for or pickup tickets at the Transition & Care Management Office (814) 860-2567 at the Erie VAMC on the 1st Floor; Voluntary Service Office (814) 860-2453 at the Erie VAMC on the 2nd Floor; and Vet Center (814) 453-7955 at 240 W 11th St, Erie, PA.
